1. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the full program fee.
All fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be completed through the official payment gateway provided on the website.
An invoice will be issued upon successful registration.
2. Program Access
The program will be conducted online via Zoom / Microsoft Teams (or designated platform).
Registered participants will receive access details via email prior to the first session.
Access links are strictly for registered participants and must not be shared.
3. Attendance & Recordings
The program consists of 4 live sessions.
Recordings, if provided, are for personal use only.
Sharing, distributing, or reselling recordings or materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, frameworks, templates, and content shared during the program remain the intellectual property of Indian Manufacturing Academy.
Participants may use materials for personal or internal business purposes only.
Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
(Choose one based on your preference)
Option A – Strict Policy:
No refunds will be issued once registration is confirmed.
Option B – Moderate Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours before program start are eligible for a partial refund (after deduction of processing charges).
No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.
6. Transfer of Registration
Registrations may be transferred to another participant from the same organization before the program start date.
Transfer requests must be communicated in writing.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during sessions.
Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
8. Disclaimer
The program provides educational and skill-development guidance.
Business outcomes depend on individual application and implementation.
No guarantees of specific financial or operational results are implied.
9. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and required devices.
The organizers are not responsible for technical disruptions on the participant’s side.
10. Changes to Program
The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to session schedule, content, or format if necessary.
Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
